Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime via the manage subscription link in your Paddle receipt emails; your Settings page points you to it as well. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a student discount?
Yes! Email us with your .edu address and we'll set you up with Pro at $9.99/month.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely on the web by our payment provider, plus USDT (cryptocurrency) on the web. Mobile purchases use the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. Cryptocurrency (USDT) payments are generally non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. EU/UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless paid features are used immediately. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals and keep access until the period ends.
