What to expect
We read every message and usually reply within one to two business days. Billing and account-access issues are handled first. To help us resolve things in a single round-trip, include the email address on your Kodion account and, for lesson or bug reports, the course and lesson where it happened.
Subscription payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so payment receipts and card statements will show their name. You can manage your subscription any time from Settings without needing to contact us at all.
Common questions
The fastest answers, no inbox required.
- How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
- Go to Settings, then Billing, and open the customer portal to cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If anything looks wrong, email support@kodion.dev and we will sort it out.
- How do refunds work?
- Refund eligibility and timelines are described in our Refund Policy. The short version: reach out within the stated window and we will review your request quickly. Start by emailing support@kodion.dev with the account email you subscribed with.
- I paid with crypto. Who do I contact about my payment?
- Email support@kodion.dev with the payment ID from your confirmation. Crypto payments can take a little while to confirm on-chain; if your Pro access has not appeared within an hour of confirmation, we will investigate right away.
- How do I delete my account or export my data?
- Both are self-serve: go to Settings, then Account. Data export gives you a copy of your learning data, and account deletion is permanent. Details on what we store and for how long are in our Privacy Policy.
- I found a bug or a mistake in a lesson. Where do I report it?
- We genuinely want these reports. Email support@kodion.dev with the course and lesson name, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot. Content fixes usually ship within days.
- Do you offer team or classroom plans?
- Yes. If you want Kodion for a team, a bootcamp cohort, or a classroom, email sales@kodion.dev with roughly how many seats you need and we will get back to you with options.
Legal and policies
Everything about how Kodion works is written down: our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy. If a question touches any of those, the policy page is the authoritative answer.
